Good Cybersecurity Doesn't Have to Be Costly or Take Years to Build

Friday, October 26
Time:  10:05 AM to 11:05 AM

Cybersecurity is an ever-increasing risk to organizations; associations have particular exposure related to large databases of member information. A breach can jeopardize an organization’s very survival. Many associations do not believe they have the necessary resources to address this risk-- or if they do, they focus on the technical side and not the human element involved. This session will focus on the latter and demonstrate that good cybersecurity doesn’t have to be costly or take years to build.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss the human element of cybersecurity.
  • Explore examples of what leading organizations are doing in cybersecurity
  • Engage with peers to identify how cyber security risk can be reduced in your own organization
