Future Proof Your Most Valuable Partnerships

Thursday, October 25
Time: 4 PM to 5:15 PM

Make a list of the biggest challenges your association will face in the future, and you’ll discover that no leader or organization can tackle them alone. All associations must master the ability to find and keep strategic partnerships to address key priorities such as governance, non-dues revenue, and continuing education experiences. Your membership dollars only go so far–your key partnerships should magnify your membership value and keep your association sustainable and resilient during tough economic periods. Keeping the wrong partners can also be costly – so how will you decide who to keep and who to let go? In this session we’ll review your top partners and apply criteria to help you determine whether these relationships are future proof. Arrive prepared with a list of partners and a willingness to separate the most valued from the most familiar. The session is also relevant to suppliers and partners of associations – come and learn the criteria you’ll be evaluated on and how to demonstrate your value to leaders.
